Near London’s well-established west end, this Fitzrovia apartment renovation boasts ultimate opulence in design and construction. Featuring Lusso’s golden kitchenware and bathroom sanitaryware, we couldn’t resist finding out more about this flat reconstruction from the talented Nick Elias, who has transformed the poorly-arranged interior into a place that boasts plenty of space that’s utilised to its best potential.
The kitchen now strikes as the main area with contemporary radiance at the heart of its design, containing dark oak stained cupboards, light-bronze veined granite and regal golden accents, including our Elegance Pull Out Kitchen Mixer Tap and Vello Undermount Sink – a beautiful duo. The kitchen’s design is uplifted by natural lighting, allowing the light to bounce off the organic materials and finishes to enhance the elements of grandeur in the space.
Moving on to the bathroom, this space is restricted from sunlight, opposing to the rest of the apartment which benefits from significant floodings of lighting. Due to its sombre setting, the bathroom components are designed to bounce light off its surroundings, from the golden accents that appear reflective to the glass screen and green brick tiles.
The Fitzrovia ‘Flat White’ project is centred around raw materials and their qualities, aiming to make the London apartment not ‘over glossed and flashy’ like most of the area, but to celebrate the use of natural materials that can be enjoyed all year round, particularly when elevated by bright organic lighting.
