We’re delighted to showcase another beautiful home renovation, this time by our friends at Latham’s architects. This family home in Hampstead Heath was transformed from a dilapidated 1970’s conversion to a wonderfully bespoke family home that’s packed full of character. Lathams worked on the project from start to finish, producing the full planning application, building regulations package, complete interior scheme & bespoke furniture designs as well as on-site support during the construction phase.
The proposed designs were influenced by the historic features of the building’s Regency architecture and interior design, combining these accents with contemporary features to create a comfortable family home.
Using bespoke furniture, finishes, soft furnishings, internal door designs and bespoke Lusso bathroom fixtures, Lathams created a truly stunning family home. Let’s take a look!
Lower ground floor bathroom
The lower ground floor bathroom incorporates several beautiful Lusso bathroom fixtures including our rimless toilet, stone resin countertop basin, thermostatic shower, towel hook and toilet roll holder – all in our brushed gold finish
‘Charlie’s’ Bathroom
The second bathroom also includes the Lusso rimless toilet, stone resin countertop basin, thermostatic shower, towel hook, toilet roll holder and shower tray – this time all in a beautifully contemporary matte black finish
