Door latches are commonly used on internal doors throughout the home, where a lock is not required. Door latches connect the door to the door frame by joining the two surfaces together and securing them into place using a strike plate on the opposite side.
Our latches are designed to work seamlessly on internal doors. Including tubular latches with a 60mm backset and latches with thumbturn locks that allows complete privacy. We also have internal door handle and latch bundles available.
A tubular latch sits inside the edge of the door, and allows you to open or close the door using the door handle or knob. Whereas a thumbturn lock allows you to lock the door providing a sense of security.
