Introducing a completely fresh design concept for bathroom spaces, our Lamp collection was unveiled at the beginning of 2023. Conceived and created by Lusso Founder and CEO, Wayne Spriggs, the range includes floorstanding basins, countertop basins, and freestanding baths that mirror the silhouette of traditional lighting homeware, elevating the look and feel of everyday fixtures into extraordinary design pieces. The signature fluted finish throughout the collection - a design note from classical architecture - also adds texture and visual interest within any traditional or contemporary setting, creating a striking focal point.

"I really wanted to create something entirely unique," explains Wayne. "Playful furnishings, fixtures and fittings are often found throughout living areas or bedroom spaces, but rarely - if ever - in bathrooms, so this range is a subtle nod to the ethos behind postmodernism, which has been a hugely influential design movement for decades."

To provide lasting luxury, each bath and basin in the range is expertly carved from a single block of premium marble sourced from key destinations across the world. This includes Italian Carrara - regarded as one of the finest marbles for millennia - which is quarried from its namesake town in Tuscany and has a classic marble aesthetic. For deeper, more prominent patterning, the collection also uses fine Arabescato, which we source from the Apuan Alps in Italy, along with Pietra Grey - an iron grey marble originating from the Middle East that features warm hazelnut undertones and fine white streaks.

Following the successful launch of the Lamp collection, we've also since extended the range to include an elegant floorstanding basin produced from Durastone - our custom blend of pure, powdered limestone and commercial-grade resin that's warm to the touch, with a soft matte white finish.

The reception to the range has been incredible, and in July it took the title of Best Bathroom Collection at the Livingetc Style Awards 2023, held by the UK's most influential contemporary homes brand. Wowing the judges with its gently flared silhouette and signature fluting, Sarah Spiteri, the publication's global brand director remarked: "It's a shape unlike anything we've seen in bathroom design before."
