Comprising 14 individually designed cafes and restaurants in different locations throughout London, The Daisy Green Collection is renowned for its relaxed and vibrant Australian food and coffee culture. Paradise Green is one of its most ambitious and largest restaurants, complete with bespoke Lusso fixtures and fittings.

After three years of dedication and hard work, Paradise Green opened its doors in Bishopsgate towards the end of 2022, making it one the most recent restaurants unveiled by the Daisy Green Collection.

Defined by its gallery style interior created by award-winning firm Run For The Hills, Paradise Green brings together art, design and food inspired by the sun-kissed surroundings of Surfers Paradise on Queensland’s Gold Coast. Its Sunrise room provides the perfect spot for healthy mornings, with a radiant, light setting that allows you to enjoy a calm ambience and the finest brunch, and in contrast, its Sunset room offers a 3D light bar for guests to enjoy dinner and evening drinks. The first floor is also home to a 40-set private dining area, featuring a felt installation entitled The Billion Dollar Robbery, created by British artist Lucy Sparrow.

Shop The Look

Embracing the same surfers paradise theme as the restaurant interior, the bathrooms of Paradise Green are equally as striking, and feature Lusso brassware in luxuriant brushed gold alongside custom marble pieces created as part of our bespoke design service.

“Paradise Green was an amazing space to design, with epic proportions and two different entrances accessing two distinct bar/restaurant spaces - Sunrise and Sunset" explains Anna Burles, Creative Director of Run For The Hills. "The venue’s atmospheric washrooms are on the upper level, designed in highly textured layers of metallic wallpaper and marble, with gorgeous bespoke ribbed fronted vanities from Lusso accented by warm gold brassware, metallic wall lights and antique mirrors.”

“Our two bathroom designs are distinct, with the ladies washroom featuring a fresh vanity crafted from veined white Carrara marble, with its glamorous curved edges and reeded front detail set against pink marble tiling and a copper/gold toned wallpaper with antique brass lighting. The mood notches down further in the men’s washroom, with a deeper, dusky brown marble vanity, set against swirly cloud-grey marble tiles and a deep bronze-black wallpaper."

With an oversized style for maximum impact, the hand finished vanity units and basins are expertly crafted to meet the exact requirements of the restaurant and perfectly fit the surrounding space. To add drama and sophistication, the bespoke pieces have been meticulously carved from dark Pietra Grey marble, responsibly sourced from the Middle East, as well as radiant marble quarried from Italy, which features smoky grey waves on a crisp white surface, and adds further opulence to the luxury setting.
