Monday - Friday 9am till 6pm

Delivery costs for mainland UK are as follows:

Small deliveries (taps, showers and accessories) - £9.95
Medium deliveries (vanity units, basins and shower trays) - £40
Pallet deliveries (baths) - £96

If you are ordering several products, you will pay one delivery charge, which is based on the higher costing delivery. All deliveries will be to your door if you have a clear pathway and a flat surface. For insurance purposes, we can not bring the product(s) into your home. No baths will be brought up or down outside steps.

IMPORTANT

Although we thoroughly inspect all products prior to shipment, we advise you inspect your product(s) once the delivery arrives to ensure that you are satisfied with the products received.

Vetrina Black countertop stone basin

I bought this basin for my downstairs cloakroom a few months ago. Looks really lovely and adds a touch of luxury to my cloakroom. I recently needed a replacement basin waste cover for it as the original was accidentally damaged when I had some painting done in the house and the decorator used the basin to wash his hands . Needless to say I was quite upset my new basin had been tarnished! However Abi in customer services was amazing and promptly sent out a replacement waste cover for me. Very impressed with Lusso and their customer service is 5 star as always!
