Our standard delivery times are as follows:

Monday - Friday 9am till 6pm

Delivery costs for mainland UK are as follows:

Small deliveries (taps, showers and accessories) - £9.95
Medium deliveries (vanity units, basins and shower trays) - £40
Pallet deliveries (baths) - £96

If you are ordering several products, you will pay one delivery charge, which is based on the higher costing delivery. All deliveries will be to your door if you have a clear pathway and a flat surface. For insurance purposes, we can not bring the product(s) into your home. No baths will be brought up or down outside steps.

IMPORTANT

Although we thoroughly inspect all products prior to shipment, we advise you inspect your product(s) once the delivery arrives to ensure that you are satisfied with the products received.

We aim to deliver a fast and efficient delivery service, though we must stipulate that product lead times may vary, therefore we ask that you only arrange fitting and installation once you have received your goods in full.

I recently upgraded my bathroom with the Luxe Matte Black Floorstanding Bath Shower Mixer Tap and wow, it seriously makes the space! It’s got this sleek, matte black finish that looks super modern and high-end. Not just a pretty face, it works like a charm too — the switch from tap to handheld shower is smooth, and the water pressure is just right.

The whole thing feels sturdy, and I haven't noticed any smudges or water spots, which is great for something that gets used daily. Installation was a bit of a project, so I’d recommend getting a pro to help unless you’re pretty handy. It's not the cheapest option out there, but for the quality and style, it felt worth the splurge to me. It really transforms the bathroom into something special!
