If you are ordering several products, you will pay one delivery charge, which is based on the higher costing delivery. All deliveries will be to your door if you have a clear pathway and a flat surface. For insurance purposes, we can not bring the product(s) into your home. No baths will be brought up or down outside steps.

Although we thoroughly inspect all products prior to shipment, we advise you inspect your product(s) once the delivery arrives to ensure that you are satisfied with the products received.

From the first setup the water takes around 8 minutes to heat up. However, this is subject to water and area conditions. If the boiling water drops below the set temperature it will take a couple of minutes to heat up again.
If I fail to change the filter of the boiler what will happen?
If you fail to adhere to the recommended schedule of changing the filter on your boiler this will void your warranty. It could also risk damage and break the boiler tank.
How often should I change the filter on the boiler?
Depending on the area you live in will depend on how often the filter needs changing. If you live in a hard water area the filter will need changing every three months, medium water areas need changing every four months and soft water areas, every six months.
Well priced for the features and a very high end finish
We bought this tap during our kitchen refurb in Jan 2022. We are very pleased with the item which has so far functioned superbly. Apart from the mains supply (hot/cold) all the fittings are push fit and very simple, its very easy to install and setup. We also wanted a square spout and a brushed finish to our tap and this was about the only one on the market that had this, alongside a separate, none handled hot water valve, which was our other requirement. Overall a great product, reliable, and means we can finally get rid of our old kettle. considering it also has filtered water it is exceptionally good value. I would recommend to anyone.
