Our standard delivery times are as follows:

Monday - Friday 9am till 6pm

Delivery costs for mainland UK are as follows:

Small deliveries (taps, showers and accessories) - £9.95
Medium deliveries (vanity units, basins and shower trays) - £40
Pallet deliveries (baths) - £96

If you are ordering several products, you will pay one delivery charge, which is based on the higher costing delivery. All deliveries will be to your door if you have a clear pathway and a flat surface. For insurance purposes, we can not bring the product(s) into your home. No baths will be brought up or down outside steps.

IMPORTANT

Although we thoroughly inspect all products prior to shipment, we advise you inspect your product(s) once the delivery arrives to ensure that you are satisfied with the products received.

We aim to deliver a fast and efficient delivery service, though we must stipulate that product lead times may vary, therefore we ask that you only arrange fitting and installation once you have received your goods in full.

Elegant and high quality

This looks absolutely amazing, and it's so well built too. Drawer interiors are always a good indication of quality and these are exceptional. Fantastic product, and Lusso are so nice to deal with too.

Twice the style

We had already purchased the smaller Pelham vanity in the same style as the Stratford double vanity and knew what to expect which was a super stylish vanity that looks beautiful. We love it, our plumber loves it, the tiler loves it, and anyone that sees it. It’s very practical too as the drawers on each side take everything we need. The handle-less design of the drawers looks so neat and the satin ebony colour (Lusso call it black) sets off the Carrara marble top and looks so cool. Customer service at Lusso is as good as their products, top notch. We’re very pleased we found you Lusso :)
