Delivery costs for mainland UK are as follows:

Small deliveries (taps, showers and accessories) - £9.95
Medium pallet deliveries (vanity units, basins and shower trays) - £40
Pallet deliveries (baths) - £96

If you are ordering several products, you will pay one delivery charge, which is based on the higher costing delivery. All deliveries will be to your door if you have a clear pathway and a flat surface. For insurance purposes, we can not bring the product(s) into your home. No baths will be brought up or down outside steps.

IMPORTANT

Although we thoroughly inspect all products prior to shipment, we advise you inspect your product(s) once the delivery arrives to ensure that you are satisfied with the products received.

How does genuine marble differ from artificial marble?

Genuine marble is a natural stone formed over millions of years, while artificial marble (sometimes referred to as engineered or cultured marble) is a man-made material composed of crushed marble or other stone mixed with resins.

Does marble stain?

As marble is a porous structure it means that it risks being chipped, dulled or stained by cleaning products. We advise not using abrasive cleaners. However, deep stains will need to be professionally re-ground and polished, by a specialist.

Do I need additional items for my wall hung basin?

Our wall hung basins come with a fixing kit for ease of installation.

Beautiful Basin

We bought 5 of these for our w/c’s for a 5* hotel project. They are absolutely stunning and really add to the elevated feel of the space. We paired it with the brushed gold short projection wall mounted tap and bottle trap and the look is perfect. Only thing is it is supplied with a chrome waste which we had to order an additional gold waste to make match.
