Monday - Friday 9am till 6pm

Delivery costs for mainland UK are as follows:

Small deliveries (taps, showers and accessories) - £9.95
Medium deliveries (vanity units, basins and shower trays) - £40
Pallet deliveries (baths) - £96

If you are ordering several products, you will pay one delivery charge, which is based on the higher costing delivery. All deliveries will be to your door if you have a clear pathway and a flat surface. For insurance purposes, we can not bring the product(s) into your home. No baths will be brought up or down outside steps.

IMPORTANT

Although we thoroughly inspect all products prior to shipment, we advise you inspect your product(s) once the delivery arrives to ensure that you are satisfied with the products received.

We aim to deliver a fast and efficient delivery service, though we must stipulate that product lead times may vary, therefore we ask that you only arrange fitting and installation once you have received your goods in full.

What is a HDMI socket and what does it do?

A HDMI socket is used to connect a cable to TVs, and other electronic devices. When routed via a socket, the HDMI connector sends high quality video and audio between your TV, receiver, game console, and other home entertainment devices. The sockets are installed into walls to create a clean, clutter free HDMI port solution for your technical setup.
How many HDMI sockets do I need?

The amount of HDMI sockets should be equivalent to the amount of devices you have. Our HDMI sockets are available as double sockets if you do need more than one.
Is it safe to install HDMI sockets in the walls?

Installing a HDMI socket into a wall is completely safe and secure as long as the cable cord is built to specifications or does not fray or break easily. A poor quality cable could lead to poor or no performance over time. Embedding cables into the walls so they don’t show is perfectly safe, again as long as the cable is of good quality.
