Monday - Friday 9am till 6pm

Delivery costs for mainland UK are as follows:

Small deliveries (taps, showers and accessories) - £9.95
Medium deliveries (vanity units, basins and shower trays) - £40
Pallet deliveries (baths) - £96

If you are ordering several products, you will pay one delivery charge, which is based on the higher costing delivery. All deliveries will be to your door if you have a clear pathway and a flat surface. For insurance purposes, we can not bring the product(s) into your home. No baths will be brought up or down outside steps.

IMPORTANT

Although we thoroughly inspect all products prior to shipment, we advise you inspect your product(s) once the delivery arrives to ensure that you are satisfied with the products received.

We aim to deliver a fast and efficient delivery service, though we must stipulate that product lead times may vary, therefore we ask that you only arrange fitting and installation once you have received your goods in full.

All our baths come with built-in chrome waste, there is the option to upgrade to a matte or polished to match the bath ordered.

Excellent product

Me and my partner had been planning on modernising our bathroom for some time. She had found some stone resin products online, however a lot of the products we found elsewhere where either far too expensive or poor quality. Lusso Stone had a great range of baths and basins, the website was easy to navigate and we shortly discovered the Lusso Stone Soho 1630. The bath could be purchased in 2 finishes. We requested a free sample of the polished white stone. We received the sample the following day and upon arrival we new this was exactly what we had been looking for. We called lusso stone and spoke to a guy called Mike. Mike ordered the bath for us along with the basin and taps we required. Our new bathroom looks stunning and is always complimented by our guests. Thanks lusso!
