Our standard delivery times are as follows:

Monday - Friday 9am till 6pm

Delivery costs for mainland UK are as follows:

Small deliveries (taps, showers and accessories) - £9.95
Medium deliveries (vanity units, basins and shower trays) - £40
Pallet deliveries (baths) - £96

If you are ordering several products, you will pay one delivery charge, which is based on the higher costing delivery. All deliveries will be to your door if you have a clear pathway and a flat surface. For insurance purposes, we can not bring the product(s) into your home. No baths will be brought up or down outside steps.

IMPORTANT

Although we thoroughly inspect all products prior to shipment, we advise you inspect your product(s) once the delivery arrives to ensure that you are satisfied with the products received.

We aim to deliver a fast and efficient delivery service, though we must stipulate that product lead times may vary, therefore we ask that you only arrange fitting and installation once you have received your goods in full.

Best bath mixer tap!

Can’t fault the service from the Lusso team. There were initial supply chain problems which meant our product took around 4-5 months to arrive. Whilst these issues were out of Lusso’s control, their customer services team were amazing. They were always happy to take my calls and once the taps arrived, they were definitely worth the wait! The taps are stunning, stylish and have that wow factor. They look like they should cost even more! Should also add, Lusso supplied my 2 bathrooms and a clockroom and as well as these taps the quality and style are second to none.
