Can’t fault the service from the Lusso team. There were initial supply chain problems which meant our product took around 4-5 months to arrive. Whilst these issues were out of Lusso’s control, their customer services team were amazing. They were always happy to take my calls and once the taps arrived, they were definitely worth the wait! The taps are stunning, stylish and have that wow factor. They look like they should cost even more! Should also add, Lusso supplied my 2 bathrooms and a clockroom and as well as these taps the quality and style are second to none.

I bought this 4 years ago and have to say I was really impressed with the finish. I considered copper taps but didn't want to pay extortionate prices for taps - this was the perfect compromise. Great customer service too - i fitted out 2 bathrooms and a downstairs loo with different taps from Lusso stone as i was really pleased with the quality.
