Our standard delivery times are as follows:

Monday - Friday 9am till 6pm

Delivery costs for mainland UK are as follows:

Small deliveries (taps, showers and accessories) - £9.95
Medium deliveries (vanity units, basins and shower trays) - £40
Pallet deliveries (baths) - £96

If you are ordering several products, you will pay one delivery charge, which is based on the higher costing delivery. All deliveries will be to your door if you have a clear pathway and a flat surface. For insurance purposes, we can not bring the product(s) into your home. No baths will be brought up or down outside steps.

IMPORTANT

Although we thoroughly inspect all products prior to shipment, we advise you inspect your product(s) once the delivery arrives to ensure that you are satisfied with the products received.

Mini Volini

This vanity is perfect for a small
compact bathroom. We ordered it for a small WC and it arrived exactly as pictured, a lovely unit but we are sending it back due to dimension error on our end. We are replacing it with the 600mm Marble Vernante! Customer service have been more than helpful organising the exchange of products.

Lee was lovely and so helpful
